Partnering with Parents for a Strong Start to the Second Half of Term

Our pastoral culture is built on a simple belief: when school and home work hand in hand, every learner is better supported to thrive.

Our pastoral culture is built on a simple belief: when school and home work hand in hand, every learner is better supported to thrive.

As our learners continue to enjoy their half term break, the High School Pastoral Team, led by Ms. Evelyn Awino (Deputy Head Pastoral, High School), has shared a Pastoral Notice with parents and guardians.

It sets out a few considered reminders to keep our community safe, caring and well organised when school resumes, including:

  • Punctuality and the importance of arriving by 7:30 a.m.

  • Safe and orderly collection of day scholars

  • Clear expectations for boarders returning from exeat

  • Reliable use of school transport

  • Keeping the school informed about learners’ wellbeing and special dietary needs

  • Keeping family contact details current

We are grateful to our learners, parents and staff for the cooperation and trust that make our community what it is. We wish all our families a restful and refreshing half term.

For any matter concerning a learner’s wellbeing, parents and guardians may contact the Pastoral Team at pastoral@kabojjainternational.com.
