All sessions are conducted in a safe, structured environment under the supervision of trained and experienced instructors.
The programme is thoughtfully designed to fit within the school schedule and ensure accessibility for all participants. Key highlights include an 8-week programme duration, weekly 40-minute sessions, and fully on-campus training. Eliminating the need for transport.
