KIS Interact Club Charity Initiative

How often do we overlook what does not touch us directly?

How often do we overlook what does not touch us directly?

It is easy to pass by a cause simply because it has not found its way into our own lives. This September, the Interact Club of Kabojja International School invites our community to pause, look outward and act.

In observance of Sickle Cell Awareness Month, we are proud to announce our charity initiative, themed "AI: Awareness & Impact." Proceeds and contributions gathered through the initiative will culminate in a visit to Mulago National Referral Hospital on Friday, 25th September, where we will engage directly with patients and families affected by sickle cell disease and donate what has been collected. Turning awareness into tangible support.

This initiative is a proud collaboration between Kabojja International School, Aga Khan International School and Vienna International School, brought together by Scoris International School in the spirit of shared purpose and community service.

Our message is simple: impact does not require grand gestures. A conversation, a shared post or a small donation can go a long way in supporting those living with sickle cell disease. We invite students, parents, staff and friends of our school community to join us and lend their support in whatever way you can.

Follow the initiative and stay updated via our socials and join us for this awareness and real impact.
