Pre-event engagement ahead of the 7th National Career Guidance Day

Kabojja International School was honoured to host Ms. Alia Zafar from the Commonwealth Secretariat for an insightful pre-event engagement ahead of the 7th National Career Guidance Day, organised by Incredible Youth International (IYI) in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda and the Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation.

Kabojja International School was honoured to host Ms. Alia Zafar from the Commonwealth Secretariat for an insightful pre-event engagement ahead of the 7th National Career Guidance Day, organised by Incredible Youth International (IYI) in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Sports Uganda and the Ministry of Science and Technology and Innovation.

Held on 19th March 2026, this special session brought together representation from IYI, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, creating a valuable platform for dialogue tailored to the unique context of international education. The engagement recognised the evolving dynamics of global curricula and the navigation of the rapidly changing world.

Aligned with this year’s theme, “The Future of Work - Surviving the AI Era,” Ms. Zafar delivered an insightful address, inspiring learners to think critically about emerging career pathways, the impact of artificial intelligence and the importance of adaptability, innovation and lifelong learning.
