KIS “From Waste to Wealth" Campaign 2026

At Kabojja International School, we believe that meaningful learning extends beyond the classroom. We are therefore delighted to introduce a purposeful school initiative titled “Share a Tin, Share a Smile,” under our broader sustainability theme “From Waste to Wealth.”

This initiative encourages our learners to develop environmental responsibility, creativity, and a strong sense of community participation.

As part of the campaign, we invite parents and guardians to support their children in bringing clean, empty tins and reusable containers (preferably high-density plastics) to school. These items will be carefully repurposed within our learning environments particularly in sand pits and play areas where they become tools for exploration, imaginative play, and hands-on learning experiences.

Why this initiative matters

Through this simple yet impactful effort, we aim to:

How you can support

You can help make this initiative a success by:

• Sending clean and safe empty tins and/or high-density plastic containers

• Ensuring all items are thoroughly washed and free from sharp edges

• Removing labels where possible

• Contributing more than one item if you can. Every contribution makes a difference

Through this collaborative effort, we are helping our learners build lifelong values of sustainability, creativity and responsibility, while transforming everyday materials into meaningful learning resources.
