From Monday, 25th May to Friday, 29th May 2026, our Primary School learners embarked on an exciting journey of exploration, creativity, and problem-solving during Mathematics Week 2026 at Kabojja International School.

Designed to nurture curiosity, collaboration, and a deeper appreciation for mathematics, the week featured a variety of engaging, hands-on learning experiences that demonstrated how mathematics extends far beyond the classroom and into everyday life.

Throughout the week, learners participated in a range of enriching activities, including:

  1. Measurement Challenges: Exploring both standard and non-standard units of measurement through practical, real-life problem-solving activities.

  2. Patterns and Symmetry Day: Investigating mathematical patterns and symmetry using natural materials while celebrating creativity through themed attire.

  3. Mathematics Game Day: Engaging in board games and card challenges that strengthened logical thinking, mathematical reasoning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Grand Finale & Parent Open Morning: Showcasing learners' mathematics projects, investigations, and classroom displays, providing parents and guardians with a firsthand glimpse into the exciting learning taking place across the Primary School.

The week culminated in a vibrant celebration of learning, highlighting our learners' enthusiasm, creativity, and growing confidence in applying mathematical concepts to real-world situations.

We are committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire critical thinking, innovation, and lifelong curiosity. Mathematics Week served as a powerful reminder that when learning is engaging and relevant, students develop not only academic competence but also the confidence to tackle challenges with creativity and resilience.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated teaching staff, supportive parents, and enthusiastic learners who made Mathematics Week 2026 a tremendous success.

Because every great problem solver starts with curiosity.
