KIS Celebrates Husnah's Commonwealth Games Silver Medal
There are moments in sport that transcend competition, moments that inspire a nation, redefine possibilities and remind us that greatness knows no limits. Today is one of those moments.
Kabojja International School is immensely proud to celebrate one of our own, Husnah, who has etched her name into Uganda's sporting history by winning the Silver Medal in the Women's 100m Breaststroke SB8 at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.
With this remarkable performance, Husnah becomes the first Ugandan ever to win a Commonwealth Games medal in swimming and para-sport. An achievement that will forever be remembered as a defining milestone for Uganda and the wider sporting community.
Husnah's journey is a powerful testament that true champions are not defined by the obstacles they face, but by the strength, perseverance and passion with which they overcome them.
