Today, our Primary School (Cambridge) welcomed a very special guest to campus, Dr. Martha, an accomplished OBGYN specialist who joined our Year 4 learners for an engaging and insightful session on infectious diseases and medicine as part of their science curriculum.
Dr. Martha brought her wealth of clinical expertise into the classroom helping our young learners understand how diseases spread, how the human body fights infection and the vital role medicine plays in keeping communities healthy. Sessions like these help our learners spark their curiosity, demystify the world of healthcare and inspire the next generation of doctors, scientists and changemakers.
Learning comes alive when our students engage directly with professionals who bring real world context to what they study. We are grateful to Dr. Marta for generously sharing her time and knowledge with our Year 4 class and for making science both relatable and exciting.
Here's to more inspiring encounters that nurture curious minds and future leaders.
